【摘要】：正患者,女,28歲,2013年9月25日產(chǎn)科門診就診,停經(jīng)56 d,要求終止妊娠,孕4產(chǎn)2,自述第一胎曾因經(jīng)濟(jì)原因,在私人門診未做任何檢測行無痛人工流產(chǎn)手術(shù),第二胎和第三胎在他院順產(chǎn),當(dāng)時檢測凝血功能提示活化部分凝血活酶時間(APTT)94.3 s,而患者生產(chǎn)嬰兒時亦無任何出血不止和血栓形成現(xiàn)象,臨床醫(yī)師未重視,也未采取任何措施。患者B超提示單活胎、早孕,遂來本院行無痛人工流產(chǎn)術(shù),術(shù)前篩查發(fā)現(xiàn)其凝血功能APTT 146.4 s,而凝血酶原時間(PT)、纖維蛋白原(FIB)和凝血酶時間(TT)均正常,血小板數(shù)目和形
[Abstract]:The patient, 28 years old, was admitted to an obstetrical clinic on September 25th 2013, with 56 days of menopause, demanding termination of pregnancy. Pregnancy 4 gave birth to 2. The first child, for economic reasons, was not tested for any painless abortion in private outpatient clinics. The second and third babies were born smoothly in other hospitals. The examination of coagulation function at that time indicated that the activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) was 94.3 s, and there was no bleeding and thrombus formation during the birth of infants, so clinicians did not pay attention to it. No measures were taken. Patients with single live fetus and early pregnancy were admitted to our hospital for painless abortion. Preoperative screening showed that the coagulation function of the patient was 146.4 s, while prothrombin time, fibrinogen and thrombin time were normal. Platelet number and shape
