外泌體在卵巢癌中的研究進展

【摘要】:卵巢癌是死亡率居首位的女性生殖系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤。外泌體是由細胞內(nèi)多囊泡與細胞膜融后釋放到細胞外環(huán)境中的一種直徑在30~100 nm的小囊泡。越來越多的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)外泌體是細胞間通訊的關(guān)鍵因子,在腫瘤細胞及腫瘤微環(huán)境的物質(zhì)和信號交流中發(fā)揮重要作用。外泌體在卵巢癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展中亦有重要的調(diào)控作用,可能成為卵巢癌診斷和治療的新靶點。
[Abstract]:Ovarian cancer is the highest mortality malignant tumor of female reproductive system. Exocrine body is a small vesicle which is released into the extracellular environment by the fusion of cell multiple vesicles and cell membrane. More and more studies have found that ovarian cancer is about 30 ~ 100 nm in diameter. Exocrine body is a key factor in intercellular communication. It plays an important role in the communication of substances and signals in tumor cells and tumor microenvironment. Exocrine may also play an important role in the development of ovarian cancer and may become a new target for the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.
