【摘要】：患者女,76歲。右側(cè)大陰唇暗紅斑6年,黑色丘疹伴灼痛1年。皮膚科情況:右側(cè)大陰唇散在分布較多針尖至粟粒大黑色丘疹,其下方見一約2cm×1cm大暗紅色斑片,形狀不規(guī)則,界清,暗紅斑上見多發(fā)針尖至粟粒大小黑色丘疹,融合成片,邊緣呈線狀隆起,表面可見點狀糜爛、淺潰瘍。皮損組織病理示:表皮輕度萎縮;真皮淺層見由基底樣細胞構(gòu)成的瘤團,瘤細胞團自表皮底部呈芽蕾狀或不規(guī)則生長至真皮乳頭層,瘤體多處與表皮相連,真皮淺層淋巴細胞呈帶狀浸潤;真皮深層未見異常。診斷:淺表性基底細胞癌。
[Abstract]:The patient was 76 years old. Dark erythema on the right labia was 6 years, black papules with burning pain for 1 year. Dermatology: the right labia was scattered from the tip of more needles to the miliary grain of large black papules, under which there was a large red spot of about 2 cm 脳 1 cm, irregular in shape. On the dark erythema, there were multiple black papules with needle tip to millet grain size, fused into pieces, the edge of which was linear protuberance, the surface was punctate erosion and shallow ulcers. The pathological findings of the lesions were as follows: the epidermis was atrophy slightly; In the superficial layer of dermis, a tumor mass composed of basal cells was seen. The tumor cells grew irregularly from the base of the epidermis to the papillary layer of dermis. The tumors were connected with the epidermis and the lymphocytes of the superficial layer of dermis were infiltrated in bands. No abnormalities were found in the deep dermis. Diagnosis: superficial basal cell carcinoma.
