【摘要】：目的探討宮頸癌可疑復(fù)發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移診斷中血清鱗狀上皮細(xì)胞癌抗原、PET-CT單用或聯(lián)用價值差異。方法選取宮頸癌術(shù)后可疑復(fù)發(fā)患者90例,依次行PET-CT、血清鱗狀上皮細(xì)胞癌抗原檢查;比較兩種檢查方式診斷宮頸癌復(fù)發(fā)或轉(zhuǎn)移灶與病理結(jié)果符合情況。結(jié)果有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的宮頸癌患者術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移風(fēng)險明顯高于術(shù)前無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移宮頸癌患者,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);血清鱗狀上皮細(xì)胞癌抗原升高宮頸癌患者術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移風(fēng)險明顯高于血清鱗狀上皮細(xì)胞癌抗原正常宮頸癌患者,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);PET-CT診斷宮頸癌術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移風(fēng)險特異度顯著高于血清鱗狀上皮細(xì)胞癌抗原檢測,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對于術(shù)前淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移和血清鱗狀上皮細(xì)胞癌抗原升高宮頸鱗癌患者術(shù)后應(yīng)行PET-CT檢查,以提高可疑復(fù)發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移檢出準(zhǔn)確度。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of PET-CT in the diagnosis of suspected recurrence and metastasis of cervical cancer. Results the risk of recurrence and metastasis in patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis before operation. The risk of recurrence and metastasis in patients with cervical cancer after operation was significantly higher than that in patients with normal serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen. The specificity of PET-CT in the diagnosis of postoperative recurrence and metastasis of cervical cancer was significantly higher than that of serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen. Conclusion PET-CT examination should be performed before operation and serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen elevation in patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma in order to improve the accuracy of detection of suspected recurrence and metastasis.
