【摘要】：目的探討瘢痕子宮再次妊娠分娩方式的選擇。方法回顧2008年12月1日至2010年11月30日在新疆墨玉縣人民醫(yī)院產(chǎn)科瘢痕子宮再次妊娠分娩采用陰道試產(chǎn)的182例患者的臨床資料并進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果瘢痕子宮再次妊娠共209例,其中182例進(jìn)行了陰道試產(chǎn),試產(chǎn)率為87.08%,成功陰道分娩130例(71.43%);失敗52例(28.57%),其中子宮破裂6例(3.30%)。結(jié)論瘢痕子宮再次妊娠分娩,除有明確再次剖宮產(chǎn)指征者均應(yīng)在嚴(yán)密監(jiān)護(hù)下給予陰道試產(chǎn)機(jī)會,避免不必要的再次剖宮產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the choice of the mode of repregnancy and delivery of scar uterus. Methods from December 1st 2008 to November 30th 2010, 182 cases of vaginal trial delivery of cicatricial uterus in obstetrical scar uterus from December 1st 2008 to November 30th 2010 in Moyu County people's Hospital of Xinjiang were reviewed. Results there were 209 cases of secondary pregnancy in scar uterus. Among them, 182 cases underwent vaginal trial labor, the trial labor rate was 87.08, 130 cases of successful vaginal delivery were 71.43 cases, 52 cases of failure were 28.5757 and 6 cases of uterine rupture were 3.30%. Conclusion the scar uterus is pregnant and delivered again. Those who have definite indications of cesarean section should be given the opportunity of vaginal trial delivery under strict supervision to avoid unnecessary cesarean section.
