【摘要】：妊娠胎盤、羊水、足月及早產(chǎn)兒胎便中均存在小型、多樣性較低的微生物群落。研究表明這些腸道微生物群落組成與母體腸道、口腔微生物群落最為相似,而且母體腸道微生物群落發(fā)生改變會(huì)引起胎兒腸道微生物群落的改變,猜測腸道微生物的定植很可能發(fā)生在妊娠期,并且可能存在母-胎之間微生物的傳輸通路。本研究就胎兒腸道微生物群落的發(fā)現(xiàn)及其國內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Small and low diversity microbial communities were found in placenta of pregnancy, amniotic fluid, full-term and premature feces. Moreover, changes in the maternal intestinal microbial community may lead to changes in the fetal intestinal microbial community. It is speculated that the colonization of intestinal microbes may occur during pregnancy. In this study, the discovery of microorganism community in fetal intestine and its research progress at home and abroad were reviewed.
