【摘要】：目的探討各種陰道微生態(tài)異常與高危型人乳頭瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染的相關(guān)性。方法將149例HR-HPV感染、宮頸細(xì)胞學(xué)陰性患者設(shè)為研究組;165例健康查體HPV陰性、細(xì)胞學(xué)陰性女性設(shè)為對(duì)照組,比較兩組陰道微生態(tài)檢查結(jié)果。結(jié)果研究組和對(duì)照組細(xì)菌性陰道病(BV)檢出率分別為24.8%和9.1%(P0.001),外陰陰道假絲酵母菌病(VVC)分別為12.8%和4.8%(P0.05);需氧菌性陰道炎(AV)分別為14.1%和4.2%(P0.01);WBC10個(gè)/HPF分別為28.2%和22.4%(P0.05);p H值4.5分別為22.8%和12.1%(P0.05);乳酸桿菌減少分別為38.3%和15.2%(P0.001)。BV陰性與陽性組HR-HPV檢出率分別為42.7%和71.2%(P0.001);VVC陰性與陽性組分別為45.3%和70.4%(P0.05);AV陰性與陽性組分別為44.8%和75.0%(P0.01);WBC≤10個(gè)/HPF與WBC10個(gè)/HPF組分別為45.5%和53.2%(P0.05);p H值≤4.5與p H值4.5組分別為44.2%和63.0%(P0.05);乳桿菌正常與減少組分別為39.7%和69.5%(P0.001)。結(jié)論 BV、VVC、AV、p H值4.5及乳酸桿菌減少可能與HR-HPV感染相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between various vaginal microecological abnormalities and high risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPVV) infection. Methods 149 cases of HR-HPV infection and cervical cytological negative patients were selected as the study group, 165 healthy women with HPV negative and women with cytological negative as the control group. Results the positive rates of bacterial vaginosis in study group and control group were 24.8% and 9.1, respectively, 12.8% and 4.8 in vulvovaginal candidiasis, and 14.1% and 4.2P0.01WBC10 in aerobic vaginitis, respectively.
