【摘要】：正作者回顧性分析1988~2016年15例女性患者性腺外卵黃囊瘤的臨床病理學(xué)特點(diǎn),包括患者年齡、臨床表現(xiàn)、腫瘤部位、FIGO分期、組織學(xué)形態(tài)(是否出現(xiàn)Schiller-Duval小體、其它生殖細(xì)胞或體細(xì)胞成分)、免疫表型、治療及結(jié)局;患者年齡范圍17~87歲(中位年齡62歲)。臨床表現(xiàn):12例出現(xiàn)子宮異常出血,1例出現(xiàn)血尿,1例發(fā)現(xiàn)陰唇腫物,1例表
[Abstract]:From 1988 to 2016, the clinicopathological features of 15 female patients with extragonadal yolk sac tumor were retrospectively analyzed, including age, clinical manifestation, Figo stage of tumor site, histological morphology (whether Schiller-Duval corpuscles were present or not). Other germ cells or somatic cell components, immunophenotype, treatment and outcome; age range of the patient: 17 to 87 years (median age 62 years). Clinical manifestations: 12 cases with abnormal uterine bleeding and 1 case with hematuria and 1 case with labial mass
