【摘要】：目的分析沈陽市2010-2014年女性宮頸癌發(fā)病及死亡情況,為沈陽市宮頸癌的防治提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法收集、整理沈陽市2010-2014年宮頸癌的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),計(jì)算各年發(fā)病率、死亡率及標(biāo)化率等,采用Joinpoint模型對發(fā)病率與死亡率進(jìn)行趨勢性分析。結(jié)果沈陽市2010-2014年宮頸癌發(fā)病率為15.58/10萬,標(biāo)化率為10.65/10萬,發(fā)病順位為第4位;死亡率為5.55/10萬,標(biāo)化率為3.26/10萬,死亡順位為第6位。宮頸癌發(fā)病率與死亡率隨時(shí)間變化均有上升趨勢。40~59歲年齡段發(fā)病與死亡人數(shù)最多,分別占發(fā)病人數(shù)的70.75%與死亡人數(shù)的49.90%。其中,45~49、55~59及70~74歲年齡組發(fā)病率的上升趨勢較為明顯,50~54、55~59及65~69歲年齡組死亡率上升趨勢較為明顯。結(jié)論沈陽市女性宮頸癌發(fā)病率與死亡率較高,發(fā)病高峰前移,宮頸癌的篩查應(yīng)提前。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the incidence and death of cervical cancer in Shenyang from 2010 to 2014, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer in Shenyang. Methods the statistical data of cervical cancer in Shenyang from 2010 to 2014 were collected, and the incidence, mortality and standardized rate of cervical cancer were calculated. Results the incidence rate of cervical cancer in Shenyang from 2010 to 2014 was 15.58% / 100 000, the standardized rate was 10.65% / 100 000, the incidence rate was the fourth place, the mortality rate was 5.55% / 100 000, the standardized rate was 32.6% / 100 000. The incidence and mortality of cervical cancer increased with time. The incidence of cervical cancer in Shenyang is higher than that in the age group of 70 and 74. The rising trend of morbidity is obvious in the age group of 50, 545, 55, 59 and 65. 69, respectively. Conclusion the incidence and mortality of cervical cancer in Shenyang are higher than those in the age group of 45, 555 and 65. 90% respectively, and the incidence and mortality of cervical cancer in Shenyang are higher than those in the age group of 70 and 74 years of age. The peak of the disease is moving forward and the screening of cervical cancer should be advanced.
