【摘要】：目的:探討子宮內(nèi)膜息肉(EPs)的臨床特征,以及息肉摘除后對(duì)妊娠的影響及相關(guān)因素。方法:收集2014年5月至2015年5月于中山大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院行宮腔鏡手術(shù)或?qū)m腹腔鏡手術(shù)并最終病理確診為EPs的患者464例,將其中單純EPs合并不孕的123例患者做研究組。收集同期行相應(yīng)手術(shù)的正常宮腔患者219例做為對(duì)照組。結(jié)果:464例EPs患者中,合并不孕占55.60%,合并月經(jīng)異常占35.6%,合并子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥(EMs)占11.2%,合并子宮肌瘤者占8.4%。EPs摘除術(shù)后,研究組中30~35歲和≥35歲患者的臨床妊娠率顯著高于對(duì)照組(69.23%vs 49.30%,P=0.027;65.52%vs 40.54%,P=0.044),而兩組中30歲患者的臨床妊娠率比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(64.29%vs 65.77%,P=0.864)。結(jié)論:EPs患者常合并不孕、月經(jīng)異常、EMs或子宮肌瘤。EPs治療后可改善年齡≥30歲患者的妊娠結(jié)局,既往有息肉史,年齡≥35歲或不孕年限≥10年是影響術(shù)后成功妊娠的因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical features of endometrial polyps (EPs). Methods: from May 2014 to May 2015, 464 patients underwent hysteroscopic or hysteroscopic surgery and hysteroscopic laparoscopy in the first affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, and were diagnosed pathologically as EPs. One hundred and twenty-three patients with simple EPs combined with infertility were selected as study group. 219 normal uterine cavity patients who underwent corresponding surgery were collected as control group. Results among 464 patients with EPs, The proportion of patients with infertility was 55.60, that with abnormal menstruation was 35.6am, that with endometriosis was 11.2and that with hysteromyoma was 8.4.EPs.
