【摘要】：目的探討雌激素受體(ER)、孕激素受體(PR)和p53在老年子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者中的表達(dá)及意義。方法采用免疫組織化學(xué)Envision法檢測(cè)21例老年子宮內(nèi)膜癌(老年組)與40例非老年子宮內(nèi)膜癌(非老年組)患者中ER、PR和p53蛋白的表達(dá)。結(jié)果 ER、PR、p53陽性率在老年組和非老年組中分別為71.4%、76.2%、81%和77.5%、90%、57.5%,PR表達(dá)在兩組間有顯著性差異(P=0.036)。p53陽性表達(dá)與年齡呈正相關(guān)(r=0.279,P=0.029)。結(jié)論 PR和p53在不同年齡子宮內(nèi)膜癌中的表達(dá)差異與腫瘤生物學(xué)行為及預(yù)后有一定關(guān)系。老年患者的PR表達(dá)較非老年患者顯著降低,而這會(huì)影響兩組人群孕激素的治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and significance of estrogen receptor ERA, progesterone receptor PRI and p53 in elderly patients with endometrial carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical Envision method was used to detect 21 cases of elderly endometrial carcinoma (elderly group) and 40 cases of non-elderly endometrial carcinoma. The expression of ERP PR and p53 protein in endometrial carcinoma (non-elderly group). Results the positive rate of ERP PRN p53 was 71. 4% in elderly group and 76. 2% in non-elderly group, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups in the expression of ERP PR and P 0. 036. P53. P53 expression was positively correlated with age. Conclusion the difference between the expression of PR and p53 in endometrial carcinoma of different ages is related to tumor biological behavior and prognosis. The expression of PR in elderly patients is significantly lower than that in non-elderly patients. This will affect the treatment of progesterone in both groups.
