【摘要】：正1病例簡介女,33歲,分娩1年后在當(dāng)?shù)貗D幼保健院置入T型節(jié)育環(huán)1枚。患者上環(huán)約10 d后發(fā)生腹痛、腰痛,自述疼痛與體位有關(guān);半年后,除上述癥狀外,患者發(fā)現(xiàn)月經(jīng)期小便疼痛明顯。2013年6月3日在當(dāng)?shù)貗D幼保健院婦檢未見節(jié)育環(huán),遂來我院就診。超聲檢查:膀胱充盈下探查子宮大小形態(tài)正常,包膜不完整,肌壁回聲欠均勻,子宮前壁肌層內(nèi)可見一條狀強(qiáng)回聲,突破子宮包膜及膀胱壁,部分進(jìn)入膀胱內(nèi),未
[Abstract]:One year after delivery, a T-type birth control ring was placed in the local maternal and child health care hospital. Abdominal pain, low back pain and self-described pain were related to posture after 10 days of upper ring. Six months later, in addition to the above symptoms, the pain was related to posture. The patient found obvious urinal pain during menstrual period. In June 3rd 2013, she did not see birth control ring in the local maternal and child health hospital, and then came to our hospital. Ultrasonic examination: the size of the uterus was normal, the capsule was incomplete, and the echo of muscle wall was not even under bladder filling. There was a strong echo in the myometrium of anterior wall of uterus, which broke through the capsule of uterus and the wall of bladder.
