【摘要】：目的分析討論產(chǎn)道血腫的影響因素以及相關(guān)處理對(duì)策。方法本組選擇2014年8月—2016年8月我院收治的86例產(chǎn)道血腫產(chǎn)婦作為觀察對(duì)象,回顧性的對(duì)全部患者的基本臨床資料進(jìn)行研究分析。結(jié)果本研究中86例產(chǎn)道血腫產(chǎn)婦中,通過給予有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策進(jìn)行處理后,全部產(chǎn)婦的產(chǎn)道血腫癥狀都在2個(gè)星期內(nèi)消失,其中,愈合良好產(chǎn)婦為78例,20 d后愈合產(chǎn)婦為6例,其余2例患者傷口裂開并感染,經(jīng)過理療以及局部敷藥等處理后,裂開傷口全部愈合。結(jié)論就產(chǎn)道血腫孕婦而言,在給予有關(guān)治療及護(hù)理前,需先確定引發(fā)產(chǎn)道血腫的因素,再有針對(duì)性的給予處理,可有效的縮短治療時(shí)間,提高臨床療效,減少發(fā)生產(chǎn)道血腫概率,值得臨床中廣泛的推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the influencing factors of birth canal hematoma and the related countermeasures. Methods 86 cases of parturient with birth canal hematoma from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected as observation objects. The basic clinical data of all the patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results in 86 cases of puerpera with birth canal hematoma, the symptoms of birth canal hematoma disappeared within 2 weeks after the treatment. Among them, there were 78 cases of women with good healing and 6 cases of parturient after 20 days of healing. The other 2 cases had wound rupture and infection. After physiotherapy and local application, the wound healed completely. Conclusion as far as pregnant women with hematoma of the birth canal are concerned, the wound is healed completely. Before giving the relevant treatment and nursing care, we should first determine the factors that cause the birth canal hematoma, and then give the appropriate treatment, which can effectively shorten the treatment time, improve the clinical efficacy, and reduce the probability of birth canal hematoma. It is worthy of extensive clinical application.
