【摘要】：目的探討宮頸癌組織中P27蛋白和Stathmin蛋白的表達(dá)及其相互關(guān)系。方法 應(yīng)用免疫組織化學(xué)方法檢測P27蛋白和Stathmin蛋白在40例正常宮頸組織、40例宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變(Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia,CIN)組織和60例宮頸癌組織中的表達(dá)水平。結(jié)果 P27蛋白在正常宮頸組織、CIN組織和宮頸癌組織中陽性表達(dá)率分別為87.5%、77.5%和50.0%,三組之間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ~2=17.732,P0.05),Stathmin蛋白在正常宮頸組織、CIN組織和宮頸癌組織中陽性表達(dá)率分別為17.5%、52.5%和86.7%,三組之間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ~2=67.1,P0.05)。P27和Stathmin蛋白表達(dá)與患者的年齡無關(guān)(P0.05),P27和Stathmin蛋白的表達(dá)與宮頸癌的組織學(xué)分化程度、有無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移和臨床分期有明顯的相關(guān)性(P0.05)。宮頸癌中Stathmin蛋白表達(dá)與P27蛋白表達(dá)呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-1,P0.05)。結(jié)論 P27蛋白和Stathmin蛋白檢測可作為宮頸癌診斷中的一組腫瘤標(biāo)記物,Stathmin蛋白可通過抑制P27蛋白的表達(dá),促進宮頸癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of P27 protein and Stathmin protein and their relationship in cervical carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of P27 protein and Stathmin protein in 40 normal cervical tissues and 40 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia cin). Results the positive expression rates of P27 protein in cin and cervical cancer tissues were 87.57.5% and 50.0%, respectively. There was significant difference among the three groups (蠂 ~ 2 ~ (2) ~ (17.732)) P 0.05 ~ (5) Stathmin. The positive expression rates of cin in cervical tissue and cervical carcinoma were 17.52.5% and 86.7%, respectively. The difference among the three groups was statistically significant (蠂 ~ (2 +) 67.1 ~ (-1) P0.05N. P27 and Stathmin protein expression was not related to the age of the patients. The expression of P0.05, P27 and Stathmin protein and the histological differentiation of cervical cancer were not related to the age of the patients. There was a significant correlation between lymph node metastasis and clinical stage. There was a negative correlation between the expression of Stathmin protein and the expression of P27 protein. Conclusion the detection of P27 protein and Stathmin protein can be used as a group of tumor markers in the diagnosis of cervical cancer. Protein can inhibit the expression of P27 protein, To promote the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
