【摘要】：目的分析遼寧地區(qū)12 307例女性宮頸高危型人乳頭瘤病毒(HPV)的篩查結(jié)果,了解該地區(qū)不同年齡段女性高危型HPV的感染。方法對(duì)2013年1月-2013年10月在中國(guó)醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院婦科門(mén)診自愿行宮頸病變篩查的12 307例女性行HPV篩查,HPV測(cè)定采用AB I2Prism7000 PCR檢測(cè)儀,由專(zhuān)業(yè)婦科醫(yī)師采用專(zhuān)用HPV取樣器按嚴(yán)格規(guī)范方法采集標(biāo)本,并于1周內(nèi)完成檢測(cè)。對(duì)不同年齡段女性的HPV檢出率及感染亞型進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 1遼寧地區(qū)女性HPV的感染高峰年齡為≤30歲;2遼寧地區(qū)女性高危型HPV感染常見(jiàn)亞型(感染率1%)由高到低依次為16、52、58、53、33、18及31;3HPV18感染高發(fā)于≤30歲女性;4高危型HPV單一亞型感染率隨年齡的增加呈下降趨勢(shì);多重混合高危亞型的HPV感染率在≥60歲的老年組有所升高。結(jié)論遼寧地區(qū)不同年齡段女性高危型HPV感染具有特征性分布規(guī)律,針對(duì)性的進(jìn)行宮頸癌篩查十分必要。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the screening results of 12 307 cases of high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) in the cervix of Liaoning province. To understand the infection of high-risk type HPV in women of different ages in this area. Methods from January 2013 to October 2013, 12 307 women who had been screened for cervical lesions in gynecological outpatient clinic of the first affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were tested for HPV screening.
