【摘要】：目的:探討緊急宮頸環(huán)扎術(shù)聯(lián)合網(wǎng)片補丁縫合治療宮頸機能不全的臨床價值。方法:選取2011年1月至2016年8月我院宮頸機能不全孕婦65例,32例施行緊急宮頸環(huán)扎聯(lián)合網(wǎng)片補丁縫合術(shù)(A組),33例僅實施緊急宮頸環(huán)扎術(shù)(B組),對兩組延長妊娠的時間、分娩孕周、新生兒結(jié)局、分娩方式及術(shù)后相關(guān)并發(fā)癥進行比較。結(jié)果:A組手術(shù)時間長于B組,手術(shù)并發(fā)癥宮頸裂傷A組少于B組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);術(shù)后兩組絨毛膜羊膜炎的發(fā)生率差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);A組延長孕周84.45±35.77天,B組延長孕周51.86±29.93天,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);A組≥28周分娩23例(71.88%),B組≥28周分娩17例(51.52%),兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組分娩方式比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);B組的新生兒出生體質(zhì)量、出生時Apgar 1分鐘評分均低于A組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:緊急宮頸環(huán)扎術(shù)聯(lián)合網(wǎng)片補丁縫合能有效延長宮頸機能不全患者的孕周,明顯改善新生兒結(jié)局,安全性較好,有一定臨床應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical value of emergency cervix ring ligation combined with mesh patch suture in the treatment of cervical insufficiency. Methods: from January 2011 to August 2016, 65 cases of pregnant women with cervical insufficiency in our hospital were selected to perform emergency cervical ligation. 33 cases of group A with combined mesh patch suture were treated with emergency cervix ligation only. The duration of pregnancy was prolonged in the two groups. Results the operative time in group A was longer than that in group B. the complication of cervical laceration in group A was less than that in group B. There was no significant difference in the incidence of chorioamnionitis between the two groups after operation. The gestational weeks were prolonged by 84.45 鹵35.77 days in group A and 51.86 鹵29.93 days in group B. There were significant differences between the two groups in 23 cases of delivery 鈮，
