【摘要】：目的探討一次性宮腔組織吸引管在異常子宮出血診斷中的臨床價值。方法選取因異常子宮出血需進行子宮內(nèi)膜活檢的患者75例,在接受常規(guī)分段診刮術(shù)前利用一次性宮腔組織吸引管先獲取子宮內(nèi)膜組織。比較兩種方法的取材標本滿意率和診斷符合率。結(jié)果一次性宮腔組織吸引管取材標本滿意率為85.3%(64/75),常規(guī)分段診刮術(shù)取材標本滿意率為94.7%(71/75),差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);一次性宮腔組織吸引管取材診斷符合率為90.3%(56/62),常規(guī)分段診刮術(shù)取材診斷符合率為93.5%(58/62),差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論一次性宮腔組織吸引管經(jīng)濟、有效、安全,可在一定程度上取代常規(guī)分段診刮術(shù)作為評估異常子宮出血的初始檢查。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical value of one-off aspiration tube of uterine cavity in the diagnosis of abnormal uterine hemorrhage. Methods 75 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding needed endometrial biopsy. The endometrial tissue was obtained before conventional curettage. The satisfactory rate and diagnostic coincidence rate of the two methods were compared. Results the disposable uterine cavity tissue suction tube was used to obtain the samples. The satisfaction rate was 85.3 / 75, and the satisfaction rate of conventional curettage was 94.775 / 77.The difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05); the diagnostic coincidence rate of one-off suction tube in uterine cavity was 90.33 / 56 / 62 and that of conventional curettage was 93.558 / 62a, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion one time uterine cavity tissue suction tube is economical. It is effective and safe, and can replace the conventional segmental curettage as the initial examination for the evaluation of abnormal uterine bleeding.
