【摘要】：目的探討體外受精(IVF)子代心血管系統(tǒng)的安全性。方法利用C57BL/6J小鼠建立IVF子代小鼠模型(IVF組,n=12),以C57BL/6J自然妊娠子代小鼠為對(duì)照組(n=12),觀察比較小鼠性成熟期的體質(zhì)量、血壓,并利用彩色超聲評(píng)估其心臟結(jié)構(gòu)及功能。結(jié)果 12周齡IVF組子代小鼠的體質(zhì)量[(26.13±4.58)g]高于對(duì)照組[(22.50±2.37)g],差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);仔鼠的血壓組間無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。彩色超聲顯示仔鼠心血管功能的主要指標(biāo)(對(duì)照組,IVF組),左心室射血分?jǐn)?shù)(65.41%±5.26%,65.77%±6.71%)、左室短軸縮短率(35.41%±4.05%,35.81%±4.84%)、頸動(dòng)脈中內(nèi)膜厚度[(0.05±0.01)mm,(0.05±0.01)mm]等無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);左房?jī)?nèi)徑[(2.13±0.12)mm,(2.25±0.10)mm]、左心室質(zhì)量指數(shù)[(8.24±0.46)g/m~2,(11.87±2.03)g/m~2]、主動(dòng)脈內(nèi)徑[(1.33±0.06)mm,(1.45±0.11)mm]3項(xiàng)指標(biāo)IVF組顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論 IVF子代小鼠與自然妊娠小鼠相比,部分心血管指標(biāo)存在差異,提示IVF對(duì)性成熟期子代小鼠的心血管結(jié)構(gòu)與功能可能存在潛在的影響,需要更多的遠(yuǎn)期隨訪。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the safety of cardiovascular system of IVF offspring in vitro fertilization. Methods the IVF progeny model was established in C57BL / 6J mice and the control group was C57BL / 6J natural pregnancy offspring. The body weight and blood pressure of the mice during sexual maturity were observed and compared. Results the body weight of offspring mice in 12-week-old IVF group [26.13 鹵4.58g] was higher than that in control group [22.50 鹵2.37g], the difference was statistically significant (P0.05g), and there was no significant difference in blood pressure between neonatal mice (P0.05G). Main outcome measures of cardiovascular function in neonatal rats (control group, IVF group, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF): 65.41% 鹵5.26), left ventricular mass index (LVMI), left ventricular short-axis shortening rate, left ventricular short-axis shortening rate and left ventricular short-axis shortening rate were 35.41% 鹵4.84 鹵35.81% 鹵4.84 鹵35.81% and 35.81% 鹵4.84, respectively. There was no significant difference in intima thickness (0.05 鹵0.01 mm, 0.05 鹵0.01 mm), left atrial diameter [2.13 鹵0.12 mm, 2.25 鹵0.10 mm], left ventricular mass index [8.24 鹵0.46 g 路m-1 路m-1], aortic diameter, aortic diameter, [1.33 鹵0.06 鹵0.45 鹵0.11mm] IVF group was significantly higher than the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion compared with the natural pregnant mice, the IVF offspring mice are significantly higher than those in the control group. The differences of some cardiovascular indexes suggest that IVF may have a potential effect on the cardiovascular structure and function of the offspring of sexual maturity and need more long-term follow-up.
