【摘要】：正1病例報(bào)告患者,31歲,因孕35~(+1)周,惡心、嘔吐1月余,下腹痛1天,于2014年12月17日入我院產(chǎn)科。2014年4月行體外受精胚胎移植術(shù)成功,妊娠雙胎,孕28周左右開始出現(xiàn)惡心、嘔吐,癥狀持續(xù)存在;1天前無(wú)誘因出現(xiàn)下腹痛,呈陣發(fā)性悶痛,可忍受,入院要求保胎治療。既往體健。查體:全身皮膚黏膜無(wú)黃染及出血點(diǎn),鞏膜無(wú)黃染,心臟、肺部未見明顯異常。婦科檢
[Abstract]:The patient, aged 31 years, was admitted to obstetrics department in our hospital on December 17th 2014 because of 35 weeks of pregnancy, nausea and vomiting for more than January, and pain in the lower abdomen. In April 2014, successful embryo transfer in vitro fertilization was performed, and the twins were pregnant. After 28 weeks of pregnancy, nausea and vomiting began to appear. Symptoms persisted 1 day before the onset of lower abdominal pain, which showed paroxysmal suffocating pain, which could be tolerated. Admission to hospital required fetal preservation treatment. Physical examination: there was no yellow stain or bleeding point in the skin and mucosa of the whole body. There was no yellow stain in sclera, no obvious abnormality in heart and lung.
