【摘要】：目的探討大腸埃希菌潛生體(CGC)的形成機(jī)制及其與盆腔膿腫發(fā)病的相關(guān)性。方法構(gòu)建盆腔炎性疾病(PID)模型:以雌性SD大鼠為研究對(duì)象。開(kāi)腹在腸系膜處接種大腸埃希菌,觀察生殖系統(tǒng)的病理變化,確定PID的急性加重期。構(gòu)建PID急性加重期模型:分4組,對(duì)照組1組,抗生素組3組。注射1/2濃度抗生素,模擬臨床非規(guī)范化應(yīng)用。切片觀察病灶處病理改變,鏡下觀察CGC的產(chǎn)生。結(jié)果 SD大鼠PID模型病灶處組織病理?yè)p傷程度與時(shí)間呈正相關(guān)。模型中炎癥的病理轉(zhuǎn)歸分為急性期與慢性期。急性加重期界定為建模后7~17 d,但均無(wú)化膿現(xiàn)象。構(gòu)建PID急性加重期內(nèi)動(dòng)物模型,使用1/2濃度頭孢菌素的模型組病灶出現(xiàn)化膿反應(yīng),組織損傷嚴(yán)重。膿液中檢測(cè)出革蘭陰性、直徑3~15μm的纖細(xì)大腸埃希菌CGC。結(jié)論不規(guī)范的抗生素治療PID可誘導(dǎo)CGC形成,有誘發(fā)盆腔膿腫的可能。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the formation mechanism of Escherichia coli and its correlation with the pathogenesis of pelvic abscess. Methods the PID-model of pelvic inflammatory disease was established in female SD rats. The acute exacerbation phase of PID was determined by observing the pathological changes of the reproductive system. The model of acute exacerbation of PID was established. The model was divided into 4 groups: control group, control group and antibiotic group. The pathological changes of the lesion were observed by biopsy. Results there was a positive correlation between the degree of pathological injury and time in the lesion of PID model of SD rats. The pathological outcome of inflammation in the model was divided into acute phase and chronic stage. The acute exacerbation stage was defined as 7d after modeling. But there was no suppuration. The animal model of acute exacerbation of PID was established. In the model group with 1/2 concentration of cephalosporin, pyogenic reaction appeared in the lesion and tissue damage was serious. Gram-negative and 3- 15 渭 m in diameter of Escherichia coli were detected in the pus. Conclusion PID can induce the formation of CGC by nonstandard antibiotic therapy. It is possible to induce pelvic abscess.
