【摘要】：目的:分析若干因素對凍融胚胎移植臨床妊娠率的影響。方法:回顧性分析截至2014年5月我院生殖醫(yī)學(xué)中心3 192例凍融胚胎移植患者的臨床資料,按照年齡、不孕原因、不孕類型、不孕年限、給藥方案、移植胚胎數(shù)目和時(shí)間進(jìn)行分組,比較各組的臨床妊娠率。結(jié)果:35歲組不孕婦女凍融胚胎移植臨床妊娠率(33.96%)高于35~39歲組(27.58%)和39歲組(19.35%)(P0.05)、臨床妊娠組的不孕年限小于未妊娠組(P0.05)、移植3個(gè)胚胎的臨床妊娠率(41.01%)高于移植2個(gè)胚胎組(28.75%)(P0.05)、≥40歲凍融胚胎移植患者移植3個(gè)胚胎的臨床妊娠率(25.49%)高于移植1個(gè)胚胎(0.00%)(P0.05)、凍融胚胎移植囊胚組臨床妊娠率(40.00%)高于卵裂期組(26.27%)(P0.05)。結(jié)論:年齡、不孕年限、冷凍胚胎的移植數(shù)目和時(shí)間均可對凍融胚胎移植患者的臨床妊娠率造成影響。結(jié)合年齡建立的個(gè)體化移植方案可以增加凍融胚胎移植患者的臨床妊娠率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the effect of several factors on the clinical pregnancy rate of frozen and thawed embryo transfer. Methods: the clinical data of 3 192 cases of frozen and thawed embryo transfer were analyzed retrospectively by May 2014. Type of infertility, length of infertility, regimen of administration, number and time of embryo transfer, Results the pregnancy rate of frozen-thawed embryo transfer in infertile women of 35 years old was higher than that of 35 years old women (27.58%) and that of 39 years old group was 19.35% (P 0.05). The infertile life of clinical pregnancy group was lower than that of non-pregnant women (P 0.05), and the clinical pregnancy rate of 3 embryos transferred was lower than that of non-pregnancy group (P 0.05).
