【摘要】：目的檢測宮頸癌患者鱗癌組織中CXCR4的表達,觀察其與宮頸鱗癌各種臨床病理參數(shù)的關(guān)系,從而為探討CXCR4與宮頸癌侵襲性的機制研究提供一定的實驗依據(jù)。方法收集我院婦產(chǎn)科收治的145例宮頸癌手術(shù)治療患者臨床病理資料及切除標本,采用免疫組織化學SP法檢測標本中CXCR4的表達情況,并通過Transwell實驗了解CXCR4過表達的細胞遷移情況。結(jié)果不同F(xiàn)IGO病理分期、不同組織分化程度及不同淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移情況的患者之間,CXCR4表達的陽性率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),FIGO分期為Ⅱ期及Ⅲ期者陽性率較高,組織分化程度越低者陽性率越高,發(fā)生淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移者CXCR4表達的陽性率高于未轉(zhuǎn)移者。宮頸鱗癌細胞遷移實驗結(jié)果顯示,除CXCR4過表達3 h和6 h兩個時點外,其余各時間點宮頸鱗癌細胞過表達CXCR4組與對照組相比較,平均遷移細胞數(shù)的差異均具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論宮頸鱗癌組織中CXCR4高表達可能在宮頸鱗癌的侵襲、轉(zhuǎn)移中起重要作用,對細胞侵襲和轉(zhuǎn)移能力有促進作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of CXCR4 in squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of cervical cancer, and to observe the relationship between the expression of CXCR4 and the clinicopathological parameters of cervical squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). Methods the clinical and pathological data and excision specimens of 145 patients with cervical cancer treated by surgical treatment in gynecology and obstetrics department in our hospital were collected. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of CXCR4 in the specimens, and the cell migration of CXCR4 overexpression was studied by Transwell assay. Results the pathological stages of FIGO were different.
