【摘要】：目的比較新鮮周期和復(fù)蘇周期囊胚移植的相關(guān)參數(shù)及其臨床結(jié)局。方法采用歷史性隊(duì)列研究方法,將2015年3月—2016年12月在第二軍醫(yī)大學(xué)長(zhǎng)海醫(yī)院生殖醫(yī)學(xué)中心接受助孕治療的患者分為新鮮周期囊胚移植組(61例)和復(fù)蘇周期囊胚移植組(372例),收集其臨床結(jié)局資料,比較兩組患者的囊胚種植率和臨床妊娠率。根據(jù)移植天數(shù)將復(fù)蘇周期囊胚移植組分為第5天組(n=308)和第6天組(n=64)2個(gè)亞組,分析其臨床結(jié)局的差異。結(jié)果新鮮周期和復(fù)蘇周期囊胚移植組患者的年齡和移植囊胚數(shù)差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,復(fù)蘇周期囊胚移植組患者的囊胚種植率高于新鮮周期囊胚移植組(40.2%vs 29.6%,P=0.036),但兩組患者的臨床妊娠率差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(57.8%vs 47.5%,P=0.134)。復(fù)蘇周期囊胚移植第5天組患者的囊胚種植率和臨床妊娠率均高于第6天組(囊胚種植率42.3%vs 30.1%,P=0.016;臨床妊娠率60.7%vs 43.8%,P=0.012)。結(jié)論復(fù)蘇周期囊胚移植可比新鮮周期囊胚移植獲得更好的妊娠結(jié)局,且第5天移植者比第6天移植者效果更佳。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the relevant parameters and clinical outcome of blastocyst transplantation in fresh cycle and resuscitation cycle. Methods A historical cohort study was used. From March 2015 to December 2016, the patients receiving assisted pregnancy therapy at the Center of Reproductive Medicine, Changhai Hospital, second military Medical University, were divided into two groups: fresh cycle blastocyst transplantation group (61 cases) and resuscitation cycle blastocyst transplantation group (. (372 cases). The clinical outcome data were collected. The blastocyst implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate of the two groups were compared. According to the days of transplantation, the blastocyst transplantation components of the resuscitation cycle were divided into two subgroups: the 5th day group (n = 308) and the 6th day group (n = 64). Results there was no significant difference in age and number of blastocysts in fresh and resuscitation cycles. The blastocyst implantation rate in the resuscitation cycle blastocyst group was higher than that in the fresh cycle blastocyst transplantation group (40.2 vs 29.6P0. 036). However, there was no significant difference in clinical pregnancy rate between the two groups (57.8 vs 47.5%). The blastocyst implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate in the 5th day group of the resuscitation cycle were higher than those in the 6th day group (42.3% vs 30.1%). The clinical pregnancy rate was 60.7% vs 43.8%. Conclusion the resuscitation cycle blastocyst transplantation is better than the fresh cycle blastocyst transplantation. And the 5th day transplant was better than the 6 th day transplant.
