【摘要】：目的觀察百令膠囊輔助治療多囊卵巢綜合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)的療效,研究其對(duì)糖脂代謝和肝腎功能的影響。方法將90例PCOS患者采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分為研究組(50例)和對(duì)照組(40例)。研究組采用達(dá)英-35聯(lián)合百令膠囊,對(duì)照組單用達(dá)英-35,觀察并比較兩組治療3個(gè)月前后空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、空腹胰島素[fasting insulin,INS(OH)]、總膽固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(high density lipoproteincholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,LDL-C)、載脂蛋白AI(apolipoprotein AI,Apo AI)、載脂蛋白B(apolipoprotein B,Apo B)、脂蛋白a[lipoprotein a,Lp(a)]、丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、門(mén)冬氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、r-谷氨酰轉(zhuǎn)移酶(gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase,GGT)、血肌酐(creatinine,Cr)、尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、尿酸(uric acid,UA)等一系列代謝指標(biāo)的變化。結(jié)果 1治療后兩組TC均升高(P0.05),HDL-C輕度升高(P0.05);研究組TG濃度較對(duì)照組低(P0.05);研究組治療前后LDL-C差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,對(duì)照組顯著下降(P0.05);治療后兩組Apo AI、Apo B均升高,Lp(a)降低(P0.05),組間比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2研究組FPG、胰島素抵抗較前降低(P0.05),空腹胰島素輕度降低(P0.05);研究組上述指標(biāo)均較對(duì)照組低(P0.05)。3與治療前相比,研究組Cr和BUN差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),UA降低(P0.05),對(duì)照組上述指標(biāo)治療前后差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后研究組UA較對(duì)照組明顯降低,其余指標(biāo)組間比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。4肝功能指標(biāo)在組內(nèi)和組間比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論達(dá)英-35聯(lián)合百令膠囊治療PCOS患者能夠改善糖代謝和胰島素抵抗,對(duì)脂代謝有良好作用,保護(hù)腎功能,且對(duì)肝功能無(wú)不良影響。因此,百令膠囊能夠作為治療PCOS的輔助用藥。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy of bailing capsule in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods 90 patients with PCOS were randomly divided into study group (n = 50) and control group (n = 40). The study group was treated with dain-35 combined with bailing capsule. The control group was treated with dain-35 alone. The fasting plasma glucose and fasting insulin were observed and compared between the two groups before and after 3 months of treatment. [Total cholesterol (TC), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (triglyceride, triglyceride, triglyceride, triglyceride, triglyceride, triglyceride, triglyceride, triglyceride, triglyceride). High density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). Low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C). Apolipoprotein AI(apolipoprotein, apolipoprotein, apolipoprotein, apolipoprotein, apolipoprotein, apolipoprotein, apolipoprotein, apolipoprotein, apolipoprotein A. [Lipoprotein, alanine aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase (alt). Aspartate aminotransferase (AST). R-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGTN), creatinine creatinine (Cr). Urea nitrogen blood urea nitrogenin bun, uric acid uric acid. Results (1) after treatment, TC in both groups increased P0.05 and HDL-C increased slightly. The concentration of TG in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in LDL-C before and after treatment in the study group, while in the control group it decreased significantly (P 0.05). After treatment, the Apo of the two groups increased significantly (P 0.05), and the FPG of the study group was not significantly different (P 0.05). Compared with the former, insulin resistance decreased P0.05A, fasting insulin decreased slightly (P0.05N). The above indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.053.Compared with those before treatment, there was no significant difference in Cr and BUN between the study group and the control group. In the control group, there was no significant difference between the above indexes before and after treatment (P 0.05). After treatment, UA in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group. There was no significant difference in the other indexes between groups. 4. There was no significant difference in liver function between groups and within groups. Conclusion Dain-35 combined with Bering capsule can improve glucose metabolism and pancreas metabolism in patients with PCOS. Island resistance. It has good effect on lipid metabolism, protects renal function, and has no adverse effect on liver function. Therefore, bailing capsule can be used as an adjuvant drug in the treatment of PCOS.
