【摘要】：NCCN和FIGO指南對淋巴結切除適應證做出推薦,但就宮頸癌淋巴結切除仍存在爭議點。對于局部晚期宮頸癌行手術分期是安全可行的。前哨淋巴結切除術目前尚不能替代系統(tǒng)性淋巴結切除術。對于ⅠA2~ⅡA2期宮頸癌,建議行腹主動脈旁淋巴結取樣術,上界達腸系膜下動脈水平足夠。有轉移腫大的淋巴結建議手術切除。
