【摘要】：目的構(gòu)建滿意的婦科腹腔鏡惡性腫瘤手術(shù)豬模型,并規(guī)范豬模型的手術(shù)步驟。方法采用全身麻醉的10頭雌性豬,仰臥位,穿刺3個操作孔和1個檢查孔,分別放置手術(shù)器械和腹腔鏡鏡頭。記錄子宮+輸卵管卵巢切除、子宮角縫合、盆腔淋巴結(jié)切除、腹主動脈旁淋巴結(jié)切除以及膀胱修補操作的時間、失血量和并發(fā)癥情況。結(jié)果共完成子宮+輸卵管卵巢切除10例,子宮角縫合20例,10例盆腔淋巴結(jié)切除,10例腹主動脈旁淋巴結(jié)切除,膀胱修補10例。所有手術(shù)培訓(xùn)項目均順利完成,統(tǒng)計學(xué)結(jié)果提示各類型手術(shù)的手術(shù)時間、術(shù)中出血量呈正態(tài)分布,無并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。結(jié)論豬解剖特點可滿足婦科常見類型手術(shù)的培訓(xùn)。使用豬作為婦科腹腔鏡手術(shù)模型可以縮短手術(shù)醫(yī)師適應(yīng)腹腔鏡手術(shù)操作過程和新器械的磨合過程。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a satisfactory pig model of gynecological laparoscopic malignant tumor operation and to standardize the operation procedure of the pig model. Methods Ten female pigs under general anesthesia were used in supine position, 3 puncture holes and 1 inspection hole. The time of ovariectomies of oviducts, suture of uterus horn, pelvic lymphadenectomy, para-aortic lymphadenectomy and bladder repair were recorded. Results there were 10 cases of ovarian hysterectomy, 10 cases of pelvic lymph node resection and 10 cases of para-aortic lymphadenectomy. Bladder repair in 10 cases. All the surgical training items were completed successfully. The statistical results indicated that the operation time and blood loss of each type of operation were normal distribution. Conclusion the anatomical characteristics of pigs can meet the training of common types of gynecologic surgery. Using pigs as a model of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery can shorten the adaptation of surgeons to the operation process of laparoscopic surgery and the running-in of new instruments. Cheng.
