【摘要】：伴隨著人們所生存的環(huán)境質(zhì)量的不斷惡化以及人們不健康的生活方式等因素的影響，男女不孕不育癥的發(fā)病機(jī)率正在逐年增加。面對(duì)這樣的情況，當(dāng)前醫(yī)療工作者和有關(guān)專家不斷地尋求探索，使得人類輔助生殖技術(shù)得到了不斷向前的發(fā)展。人類輔助生殖技術(shù)的問(wèn)世和應(yīng)用是生命醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的革命，，改變了人類生育的自然過(guò)程，給眾多不孕不育夫婦的家庭帶來(lái)了希望和福音，并且還極大地促進(jìn)了相關(guān)臨床醫(yī)學(xué)的研究和發(fā)展。但是，隨之而來(lái)的是輔助生殖技術(shù)對(duì)人類自然生殖方式和傳統(tǒng)倫理、道德、法律觀念的重大挑戰(zhàn)，其中所涉及的倫理問(wèn)題和法律問(wèn)題是任何人都無(wú)法回避的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。 文章首先介紹了選題背景和研究目的，以及課題研究的目的和方法。其次，概述了輔助生殖技術(shù)的定義類型、發(fā)展歷程及臨床應(yīng)用的價(jià)值。再次，總結(jié)梳理了輔助生殖技術(shù)在臨床應(yīng)用中出現(xiàn)的爭(zhēng)議較大的倫理問(wèn)題，并分析討論了產(chǎn)生上述倫理問(wèn)題的原因，得出了輔助生殖技術(shù)的濫用導(dǎo)致的“技術(shù)異化”是產(chǎn)生倫理問(wèn)題的根本原因，具體原因則是由監(jiān)管機(jī)制的不健全、經(jīng)濟(jì)利益的驅(qū)使、家庭及個(gè)人情感的影響以及醫(yī)務(wù)人員的道德失范所造成的。文章最后找出相應(yīng)的倫理對(duì)策，應(yīng)嚴(yán)格遵守輔助生殖技術(shù)的倫理原則，并使輔助生殖技術(shù)始終朝著有利于人類發(fā)展的方向前進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:With the deterioration of environmental quality and the influence of unhealthy lifestyle, the incidence rate of infertility is increasing year by year. Faced with this situation. At present, medical workers and related experts are constantly seeking to explore, which makes the human assisted reproductive technology have been continuously developed. The advent and application of human assisted reproductive technology is a revolution in the field of life medicine. It has changed the natural process of human reproduction, has brought hope and good news to the families of many infertile couples, and has greatly promoted the research and development of clinical medicine. What follows is the assisted reproduction technology to the human nature reproduction way and the traditional ethics, the morals, the legal idea big challenge. The ethical and legal issues involved are the practical problems that can not be evaded by anyone. This paper first introduces the background and research purpose of the topic, as well as the purpose and method of the research. Secondly, it summarizes the definition type, development process and clinical application value of assisted reproductive technology. This paper summarizes and combs the controversial ethical issues in the clinical application of assisted reproductive technology, and analyzes the reasons for the above ethical problems. It is concluded that the "technology alienation" caused by the abuse of auxiliary reproductive technology is the fundamental cause of the ethical problems, and the specific reason is the imperfect supervision mechanism and the drive of economic interests. The influence of family and personal emotion and the moral anomie of medical personnel are caused. Finally, the corresponding ethical countermeasures should be found, and the ethical principles of assisted reproductive technology should be strictly observed. And make assisted reproductive technology always toward the direction that is beneficial to human development.
