【摘要】：目的研究雙極電凝不同功率對山羊腸系膜血管組織的熱損傷程度及對血管的止血效果的影響,指導(dǎo)腹腔鏡手術(shù)中雙極電凝功率的選擇。方法截取173段山羊腸系膜血管組織,以不同功率行腸系膜血管凝斷術(shù)測量熱損傷寬度;特定功率下電凝腸系膜血管組織記錄單次電凝血管閉合成功率。結(jié)果 55~80 W之間,功率越小,熱傳導(dǎo)損傷寬度越小,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。60 W功率雙極單次電凝血管閉合成功率較高,熱損傷寬度最小,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論雙極電凝在60 W左右為較適合工作功率,熱損傷范圍小,血管止血效果好。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effects of different power of bipolar electrocoagulation on the thermal injury of mesenteric vascular tissue and the hemostatic effect on the blood vessels in goats. Methods 173 segments of goat mesenteric vascular tissue were amputated and the width of thermal injury was measured with different power of coagulation of mesenteric vessels. The success rate of single electrocoagulation was recorded in mesenteric blood vessel tissue under specific power. Results the smaller the power was, the smaller the width of heat conduction injury was. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05) .60W power bipolar single coagulation blood vessel closure success rate was higher, thermal injury width was the smallest. Conclusion the bipolar electrocoagulation at about 60 W is more suitable for working power, with small thermal injury range and good hemostatic effect.
