【摘要】：探討深部熱療聯(lián)合化療治療復(fù)發(fā)性卵巢癌的近期療效。將68例復(fù)發(fā)性卵巢癌患者隨機(jī)分成研究組和對(duì)照組,各34例。對(duì)照組采用多西他賽+洛鉑方案全身化療,研究組在此基礎(chǔ)上加用腹盆腔深部熱療。治療后研究組的腫瘤緩解有效率、癌抗原125(CA125)控制有效率、腹水控制有效率明顯高于對(duì)照組;CD3~+、CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+明顯高于對(duì)照組;Ⅲ+Ⅳ度胃腸道反應(yīng)、Ⅲ+Ⅳ度骨髓抑制發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。治療3個(gè)月后研究組癌癥患者生命質(zhì)量量表各項(xiàng)評(píng)分顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。深部熱療聯(lián)合化療可提高復(fù)發(fā)卵巢癌患者的近期療效和生命質(zhì)量,毒副反應(yīng)降低。
[Abstract]:To investigate the short-term efficacy of deep hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of recurrent ovarian cancer, 68 patients with recurrent ovarian cancer were randomly divided into study group and control group. 34 cases each. The control group was treated with docetabine regimen and the study group was treated with deep abdominal and pelvic hyperthermia. After treatment, the effective rate of tumor relief was obtained in the study group. The control rate of cancer antigen 125 CA125) and ascites control rate were significantly higher than that of control group.
