【摘要】：目的探討胎膜早破孕婦血清脂多糖結(jié)合蛋白(LBP)、白細(xì)胞介素-6(IL-6)變化情況及與絨毛膜羊膜炎的關(guān)系。方法選擇2014年1月-2015年12月足月胎膜早破孕婦80例為觀察組1,未足月胎膜早破孕婦80例為觀察組2,同期正常足月孕婦80例為對照組,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附測定(ELISA)法測定血清LBP和IL-6水平。結(jié)果觀察組1和觀察組2血清LBP和IL-6水平均高于對照組(P0.05),觀察組2血清LBP和IL-6水平高于觀察組1(P0.05);觀察組1和觀察組2孕婦絨毛膜羊膜炎的感染率分別為25.0%、36.3%高于對照組3.8%;胎膜早破患者中,絨毛膜羊膜炎孕婦血清LBP和IL-6水平高于無絨毛膜羊膜炎組(P0.05);絨毛膜羊膜炎Ⅱ級和Ⅲ級孕婦血清LBP水平高于絨毛膜羊膜炎Ⅰ級(P0.05),絨毛膜羊膜炎Ⅲ級孕婦血清LBP水平高于絨毛膜羊膜炎Ⅱ級(P0.05)。結(jié)論胎膜早破孕婦血清LBP和IL-6水平升高,未足月胎膜早破孕婦血清LBP和IL-6水平升高更顯著;胎膜早破合并絨毛膜羊膜炎孕婦血清LBP水平升高,且與絨毛膜羊膜炎的程度有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the serum lipopolysaccharide binding protein (LBP) in pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes. Methods 80 pregnant women with term premature rupture of membranes from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as observation group 1. 80 pregnant women with premature rupture of unmatured membranes were treated as observation group 2, and 80 normal term pregnant women as control group. Serum LBP and IL-6 levels were measured by Elisa. Results the levels of LBP and IL-6 in observation group 1 and 2 were higher than those in control group (P 0.05). The levels of serum LBP and IL-6 in the observation group 2 were higher than those in the observation group (P 0.05). The infection rate of chorioamnionitis in observation group 1 and observation group 2 was 25.0% and 36.3%, respectively, which was higher than that in control group (3.8%). In patients with premature rupture of membranes, the levels of serum LBP and IL-6 in chorioamnionitis pregnant women were higher than those in non-chorioamnionitis group (P 0.05).
