【摘要】：目的探討子癇前期患者心電圖U波倒置的特點(diǎn),為臨床早期診斷、早期治療提供依據(jù)。方法選取孕齡為36~40周的240例子癇前期患者為觀察組,按照病情程度分為輕度及重度兩組,每組120例;80例正常孕婦為對照組,三組進(jìn)行入院時(shí)、產(chǎn)后1周、產(chǎn)后3個(gè)月心電圖U波倒置發(fā)生率對比觀察,分析其與病情嚴(yán)重程度相關(guān)性。結(jié)果子癇前期輕度及重度患者入院時(shí)、產(chǎn)后1周、產(chǎn)后3個(gè)月U波倒置發(fā)生率均較對照組多見,三組間總體比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);重度組較輕度組患者U波倒置發(fā)生率高,輕度組較正常組發(fā)生率高。結(jié)論子癇前期患者的心電圖U波倒置發(fā)生率較正常孕婦高,持續(xù)時(shí)間長,與病情的嚴(yán)重程度有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of U-wave inversion in patients with preeclampsia and to provide evidence for early clinical diagnosis and early treatment. Methods 240 patients with preeclampsia at the gestational age of 3640 weeks were selected as the observation group. According to the degree of illness, they were divided into two groups: mild group and severe group, 120 cases in each group; 80 normal pregnant women were used as the control group. The incidence of U-wave inversion was observed in the three groups at admission, postpartum 1 week and postpartum 3 months. Results the incidence of U-wave inversion in mild and severe preeclampsia patients was more than that in the control group at 1 week postpartum and 3 months postpartum. There was significant difference among the three groups (P 0.05). The incidence of U-wave inversion in severe group was higher than that in mild group, and the incidence of U-wave inversion in mild group was higher than that in normal group. Conclusion the incidence of U-wave inversion in patients with preeclampsia is higher than that in normal pregnant women. It is related to the severity of the illness.
