【摘要】：目的：探討161例22～45歲的EM患者術(shù)前生活質(zhì)量及工作效率的調(diào)查分析。方法：采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查對(duì)術(shù)后診斷為EM年齡在22-45歲的161例患者進(jìn)行定量研究,包括三個(gè)量表：SF-12、EHP-5、WPAI。結(jié)果：術(shù)前4周,EM影響身體健康導(dǎo)致不能完成預(yù)期工作103例(64.0%),影響情緒健康導(dǎo)致不能完成預(yù)期工作100例(62.1%),身體健康導(dǎo)致工作活動(dòng)受限105例(65.2%)。疼痛影響工作69例(42.9%),步行困難67例(41.6%)。疼痛控制她們的生活66例(41.0%)。情感改變109例(67.7%),感到缺乏理解的96例(59.6%)。因健康受到的EM的影響,每周損失平均工作時(shí)間8.34h。WPAI量表顯示：68%的EM患者工作效率受到影響,63.3%的患者日�；顒�(dòng)受到干擾。關(guān)于EHP-5量表三方面的高影響與低影響在WPAI的范圍內(nèi)其余指標(biāo)(出勤、干擾日常生活、缺勤、工作效率降低)均有顯著的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。SF-12量表(身體健康評(píng)分和精神健康評(píng)分)的健康組和疾病組與WPAI量表(出勤的影響、日常生活的影響、缺勤的影響、工作效率的影響)的結(jié)果分析對(duì)照,差異均有顯著的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論：161例22～45歲的EM患者的癥狀對(duì)生活質(zhì)量及工作效率有負(fù)面影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the quality of life (QOL) and work efficiency of 161 cases of EM patients aged 22 to 45 years old. A questionnaire survey was conducted in 161 patients aged 22 to 45 years who were diagnosed as EM after operation. Results: four weeks before the operation, the influence of EM on health resulted in the failure to complete the expected work in 103 cases (64.0%). Affecting emotional health resulted in 100 cases unable to complete the expected work, physical health caused work activity limitation in 105 cases (65.2%). Pain affected work in 69 cases (42.9%). There were 67 cases with walking difficulty, 66 cases with pain control, 66 cases with 41.0 cases with pain, 109 cases with emotional changes and 67.7%. 96 cases (59.6%) felt lack of understanding due to the effects of EM on their health. The average working time lost per week was 8.34h.WPAI scale showed that work efficiency was affected in 68% of EM patients. 63.3% of the patients were disturbed in their daily activities. The three aspects of the EHP-5 scale were high and low in the range of WPAI (attendance, interference with daily life, absence). There were significant differences in work efficiency between the healthy group and the disease group and the WPAI scale (P0.05 SF-12 (physical health score and mental health score)). The effects of daily life, absenteeism, and work efficiency) were analyzed and compared. Conclusion the symptoms of 161 patients with EM aged 2245 years old have a negative effect on the quality of life and work efficiency.
