【摘要】:目的探討血鋅、鈣、銅、硒水平對胎盤鎘蓄積及轉(zhuǎn)運的影響。方法 73例待產(chǎn)孕婦根據(jù)血鎘檢測水平分為觀察組(31例,血鎘1 200 ng/L)與對照組(42例,血鎘300~1 200 ng/L)。電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法檢測孕婦血銅、鎘及胎盤與臍血中鎘水平,火焰原子吸收分光光度法檢測血鈣、鋅,原子熒光分光光度法檢測血硒。對比兩組各營養(yǎng)元素及胎盤、臍血鎘水平。結果兩組孕婦血鈣水平無差異(P0.05),觀察組血鋅、銅、硒水平均明顯低于對照組,胎盤、臍血鎘水平高于對照組(P0.05)。結論血鋅、銅、硒水平可能是胎盤鎘蓄積與轉(zhuǎn)運的關鍵影響因素,孕期合理補充營養(yǎng)元素對減少胎盤鎘蓄積及轉(zhuǎn)運具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of serum zinc, calcium, copper and selenium levels on the accumulation and transport of cadmium in placenta. Methods 73 pregnant women were divided into observation group (n = 31) and control group (n = 31). Blood cadmium (1 200 ng / L) and control group (n = 42), blood cadmium (CD) 300 ~ 1 200 ng / L ~ (-1) .Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to detect the levels of copper, cadmium and cadmium in placenta and umbilical cord blood of pregnant women. Blood calcium and zinc were detected by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry, and blood selenium was detected by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry. The nutrient elements and placenta of the two groups were compared. Results there was no difference in serum calcium levels between the two groups. The levels of zinc, copper and selenium in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and placenta. Conclusion the levels of blood zinc, copper and selenium may be the key factors influencing the accumulation and transport of cadmium in placenta. It is important to reduce the accumulation and transport of cadmium in placenta.
