【摘要】：正產(chǎn)科疾病具有三變:"突變、多變、易變",因此產(chǎn)科醫(yī)生處在一個(gè)可能隨時(shí)發(fā)生危急重癥的處境中。為應(yīng)對(duì)這種情況,產(chǎn)科快速反應(yīng)團(tuán)隊(duì)(rapid re-sponse team,RRT)這一概念被提出,通過對(duì)醫(yī)療處理過程中各方面資源的合理分配、補(bǔ)給、計(jì)劃和協(xié)作,及時(shí)有效地干預(yù)產(chǎn)科危急重癥,減少孕產(chǎn)婦不良結(jié)局發(fā)生。1產(chǎn)科RRT的發(fā)展和特點(diǎn)RRT的理念始于1952年丹麥哥本哈根成立的全球第一家ICU單元中的醫(yī)療緊急救治團(tuán)隊(duì)模
