【摘要】：目的:觀察上皮間質轉化(EMT)相關蛋白E-cadherin、N-cadherin及Snail在子宮內膜異位癥相關卵巢癌(EAOC)的表達情況,探討其與EAOC的關系。方法:應用免疫組織化學方法(SP法)檢測30例EAOC組織、30例單純卵巢子宮內膜異位癥(EMs)組織中E-cadherin、N-cadherin、及Snail蛋白的表達情況。結果:E-cadherin、N-cadherin及Snail蛋白在EAOC組織中的陽性表達率分別為30.0%、83.3%、90.0%,在EMs組織中的陽性表達率分別為76.7%、33.3%、40.0%,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。在EAOC組織中,E-cadherin蛋白呈低表達,N-cadherin及Snail蛋白呈高表達,E-cadherin、Ncadherin及Snail蛋白表達與患者年齡、腫瘤直徑、病理類型均無關(P0.05),E-cadherin、N-cadherin與臨床分期、淋巴結轉移有關(P0.05),Snail與臨床分期有關(P0.05)。Spearman相關性檢驗示,E-cadherin蛋白與N-cadherin、Snail蛋白在EAOC中的表達水平呈負相關(r=-0.416,P0.05;r=-0.457,P0.05),Snail蛋白與N-cadherin蛋白在EAOC中的表達水平呈正相關(r=0.667,P0.05)。結論:E-cadherin、N-cadherin及Snail蛋白均參與EAOC病變的進展,Snail可能通過調控E-cadherin、Ncadherin蛋白的表達,進而調控異位子宮內膜的上皮間質轉化過程,促進EAOC的發(fā)生及轉移。
