給與C57BL/6J小鼠幼仔高脂飲食會導(dǎo)致肥胖和性早熟:肥胖與青春期的新模型研究背景:在妊娠和哺乳期間,由于母代的肥胖及高脂飲食(HFD)引起的圍產(chǎn)期過度喂養(yǎng),會導(dǎo)致幼鼠出現(xiàn)肥胖和性早熟,但在青春期開始前這些幼鼠并不肥胖。其次,單純的產(chǎn)后高脂喂養(yǎng)對肥胖的影響尚不清楚。本研究旨在建立一種動物模型,用于研究產(chǎn)后高脂喂養(yǎng)對肥胖、青春期及兩者之間相互作用的影響。研究方法:本研究中將小鼠分為三組。第一組的母鼠和幼鼠分別在哺乳期和斷奶后以普通飼料喂養(yǎng),命名為CNTRL。第二組的母鼠和幼鼠分別在哺乳期和斷奶后進(jìn)行高脂飼料喂養(yǎng),命名為HFD。研究結(jié)果:我們的研究結(jié)果表明,高脂喂養(yǎng)會導(dǎo)致幼鼠出現(xiàn)脂肪沉積和肥胖。并且,高脂喂養(yǎng)會增加雌鼠的體重(BW)。有趣的是,經(jīng)過高脂喂養(yǎng)的雌鼠會出現(xiàn)肥胖和性早熟,并在其下丘腦中會出現(xiàn)kisspeptin(神經(jīng)激肽B)的表達(dá)增加。研究結(jié)論:產(chǎn)后高脂喂養(yǎng)會導(dǎo)致肥胖和性早熟,并會導(dǎo)致子代雌鼠的體重增加。由此認(rèn)為我們成功地建立了一種新型的產(chǎn)后高脂飲食引起肥胖和性早熟的動物模型,它具有良好的外形和結(jié)構(gòu)效度,可以用于研究產(chǎn)后飲食引起的兒童肥胖、性早熟以及這兩者之間的相互作用。出生后...
