【摘要】：目的探討某院近5年呼吸道感染患兒肺炎支原體感染的流行病學(xué)特征。方法選取2011年1月-2015年12月該院呼吸科患兒378例,比較不同年齡、性別、季節(jié)、居住地及疾病類型患兒的肺炎支原體感染情況。結(jié)果年齡≤1歲、1~3歲、3~5歲、5歲患兒感染率分別為10.96%、19.15%、30.61%和40.71%。男性和女性患兒感染率分別為21.59%和35.10%。春、夏、秋、冬季感染率分別為18.63%、16.48%、33.68%和40.00%。城市和農(nóng)村患兒感染率分別為31.12%和22.53%。大葉性肺炎、間質(zhì)性肺炎、哮喘、支氣管肺炎、支氣管炎、上呼吸道感染、毛細(xì)支氣管炎患兒感染率分別為66.67%、50.00%、46.51%、26.67%、25.00%、20.59%和10.17%。結(jié)論呼吸道感染患兒的肺炎支原體感染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高,年齡較大、女性及大葉性肺炎患兒更易感染,且秋、冬季是肺炎支原體感染的高發(fā)季節(jié)。
