【摘要】：目的分析宿州市2013-2016年嬰兒卡介苗(BCG)接種效果及其影響因素。方法采用單純隨機(jī)抽樣方法在宿州市5個(gè)縣區(qū)抽取1歲且接種BCG后12周以上的健康嬰兒,調(diào)查接種后的卡痕率、卡痕均徑、卡介菌純蛋白衍生物(PPD)試驗(yàn)陽(yáng)性率及其影響因素。結(jié)果 2 605名調(diào)查嬰兒的卡痕率為92.71%,卡痕均徑(中位數(shù))為4 mm,PPD試驗(yàn)陽(yáng)性率為80.88%。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示,夏秋季節(jié)接種BCG的嬰兒比冬春季節(jié)接種的嬰兒PPD試驗(yàn)陽(yáng)性率高(OR=0.76,95%CI:0.60-0.95);卡痕均徑≥3 mm比3 mm的嬰兒PPD試驗(yàn)陽(yáng)性率高(OR=1.72,95%CI:1.61-1.84)。結(jié)論宿州市BCG總體接種質(zhì)量較好,卡痕均徑、接種季節(jié)是影響B(tài)CG接種效果的因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of BCG (BCG) vaccination and its influencing factors in Suzhou from 2013 to 2016. Methods healthy infants aged 1 year and more than 12 weeks after BCG vaccination were selected from 5 counties and districts of Suzhou by simple random sampling. The scar rate and average diameter of scar after vaccination were investigated. The positive rate of BCG pure protein derivative (PPD) test and its influencing factors. Results the scar rate of 2605 infants was 92.71%, and the median diameter of card mark was 80.88%. The median diameter of card mark was 80.88%.
