【摘要】：望小兒指紋也稱望虎口三關(guān)脈紋,是中醫(yī)兒科臨床診斷中重要的診法之一。筆者參考多部古籍資料就望小兒指紋診法起源、理論依據(jù)及其所包含望三關(guān)、顏色等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行梳理。該診法融合經(jīng)絡(luò)學(xué)說(shuō)、五色主病理論、寸口脈學(xué)說(shuō)等思想,自唐朝起源,歷經(jīng)多代醫(yī)家驗(yàn)證傳承至今,是值得用現(xiàn)代科學(xué)探索發(fā)展并推廣應(yīng)用于臨床的中醫(yī)兒科診斷方法。該診法補(bǔ)充完善了臨床四診信息,利于辨證論治,不僅可作為診斷用法,還可作為病情觀測(cè)指標(biāo)并判斷疾病預(yù)后、轉(zhuǎn)歸,部分現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)研究結(jié)果亦證實(shí)該診法具有科學(xué)性及臨床診斷意義。
[Abstract]:Wang Pediatric fingerprint, also known as Wanghukou Sanguan vein pattern, is one of the important diagnostic methods in paediatric clinical diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine. Referring to many ancient books, the author combs the origin, theoretical basis and contents of the fingerprint diagnosis of children. Since the origin of Tang Dynasty and the verification and inheritance of many generations of doctors, this method is worth exploring and developing with modern science and popularizing the diagnosis method of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), which combines the theory of meridians and collaterals, the theory of five-color main disease and the theory of "Cunkou pulse", which has been verified and handed down by many generations of doctors since the origin of Tang Dynasty. The diagnosis method complements and perfects the information of the four clinical diagnosis, and is beneficial to the treatment according to syndrome differentiation. It can be used not only as a diagnostic usage, but also as an observation index of the disease and to judge the prognosis and prognosis of the disease. Some modern medical research results also confirmed that the diagnosis method is scientific and clinical significance.
