【摘要】：目的分析早產(chǎn)兒出生時(shí)血清25-羥維生素D[25(OH)D]水平與支氣管肺發(fā)育不良(BPD)的關(guān)系。方法選取2014年1月至2016年12月入住NICU、出生胎齡34周的早產(chǎn)兒,按是否患BPD分為BPD組(41例)和對(duì)照組(219例),分析25(OH)D水平與BPD的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 BPD組血清25(OH)D水平顯著低于對(duì)照組(37±17 nmol/L vs 47±20 nmol/L;P0.05);維生素D缺乏率顯著高于對(duì)照組(90.2%vs 74.0%,P0.05)。血清25(OH)D水平與BPD發(fā)生率呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.201,P=0.001)。結(jié)論早產(chǎn)兒維生素D缺乏可能與BPD發(fā)病有關(guān),但需多因素分析進(jìn)一步證實(shí)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25 (OH) D] and (BPD) in premature infants. Methods from January 2014 to December 2016, preterm infants with 34 weeks of gestational age in NICU, were divided into BPD group (n = 41) and control group (n = 219) according to whether they had BPD or not. The relationship between 25 (OH) D level and BPD was analyzed. Results the level of serum 25 (OH) D in BPD group was significantly lower than that in control group (37 鹵17 nmol/L vs 47 鹵20 nmol/L;P0.05), and the vitamin D deficiency rate was significantly higher than that in control group (90.2%vs 74.0%, P0.05).
