呼吸道合胞病毒毛細支氣管炎患兒外周血T細胞亞群、IL-4、IFN-γ、IL-17的水平及意義
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the Treg cells in peripheral blood. Significance of T-cell inflammatory cytokine IL-4 IFN- 緯-IL-17 in the pathogenesis of RSV-infected bronchiolitis methods 1038 children with bronchiolitis admitted to Linyi people's Hospital from July 2015 to June 2016 were selected as clinical subjects. Using immunofluorescence method, 88 children with RSV were tested for 7 kinds of viruses in pharyngeal secretion. According to the degree of disease spread, 45 cases of mild group and 43 cases of group with obvious wheezing symptoms were selected as control group, 45 cases of non-infectious diseases were selected as control group. Flow cytometry was used to detect the T-cell population of Treg cells in peripheral blood of children with mild disease and 43 cases with obvious wheezing symptoms. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the expression of IL-4 IFN- 緯-IL-17 and other inflammatory cytokines in serum of children with bronchiolitis. The total detection rate of 7 kinds of viruses in 1 1038 children with bronchiolitis was 42.29%. Treg cells in peripheral blood of patients with bronchiolitis infected with RSV in RSV 65.83% 2 group and mild group were significantly higher than those in children with bronchiolitis infected with RSV in the normal control group (P0.05) and in the mild group (P0.05). The difference between the three groups was statistically significant. The CD8~ T cells in the peripheral blood of children with bronchiolitis infected by RSV in the three groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05, P 0.05, P < 0.05). The values of CD4~ T cells and CD4~ / CD8~ T cells were higher than those of the normal control group in the peripheral blood CD8~ T cells, CD4 ~ T cells and CD4~ / CD8~ T cells in the mild group were higher than those in the mild group (P 0.05, P < 0.05, P < 0.01, P < 0.01). The IL-4 IL-17 level in peripheral blood of bronchiolitis patients with RSV infection was significantly higher than that in normal controls (P 0.05, P < 0.01), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). The level of IFN- 緯 in peripheral blood was significantly higher in P05 group than that in mild group (P0.05), and the level of IFN-緯 in mild group was significantly higher than that in mild group (P0.05), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion (1) the development of bronchiolitis infected with RSV of peripheral blood Treg cells is negatively correlated with the development of bronchiolitis infected with RSV of peripheral blood CD8~ T cells. The peripheral blood CD4~ T cells and CD4~ / CD8~ T cell values were correlated with the development of RSV infection. 3. The degree of RSV infection in peripheral blood was correlated with the degree of RSV infection in the peripheral blood, and there was a negative correlation between the disease spread of IFN- 緯 level and the peripheral blood IL-4 IL-17 T cells.
