【摘要】：目的：本研究以小兒肺炎支原體肺炎濕熱閉肺型為研究對(duì)象，，評(píng)價(jià)清熱利濕化痰法治療小兒肺炎支原體肺炎的臨床療效。 方法：觀察組40例，為山東中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院住院患兒，對(duì)照組30例，來(lái)自山東中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第二附屬醫(yī)院；觀察組采用清熱利濕化痰中藥聯(lián)合大環(huán)內(nèi)酯類(lèi)抗生素治療，對(duì)照組僅采用大環(huán)內(nèi)酯類(lèi)抗生素治療，對(duì)比兩組癥狀、體征等的改善情況。 結(jié)果：觀察組與對(duì)照組疾病治療總有效率分別為為100%和96.7%，結(jié)果有顯著性差異；觀察組在治療后總積分改善方面優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。中醫(yī)癥候療效比較兩組差異顯著，觀察組與對(duì)照組總有效率分別為100%和90.0%；觀察組在腹脹、惡心嘔吐、肢酸懶動(dòng)、納差等積分改善方面均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。 結(jié)論：清熱利濕化痰法治療濕熱閉肺型小兒支原體肺炎臨床療效顯著，具有重要的臨床意義。
[Abstract]:Aim: to evaluate the clinical efficacy of clearing heat and removing dampness and removing phlegm in treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children. Methods: in the observation group, 40 cases were hospitalized in the first affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine, and 30 cases in the control group from the second affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine for clearing heat and removing dampness and removing phlegm combined with macrolide antibiotics, while the control group was treated only with macrolide antibiotics. The improvement of symptoms and signs between the two groups was compared. Results: the total effective rate of treatment was 100% and 96.7% in the observation group and the control group, respectively, and there was significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the improvement of the total score after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of observation group and control group were 100% and 90.0% respectively. The scores of abdominal distension, nausea and vomiting, lassitude of limb acid and tolerance in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the clinical effect of clearing heat and removing dampness and removing phlegm in treating mycoplasma pneumonia of children with damp-heat closed lung is remarkable and has important clinical significance.
