【摘要】：目的根據(jù)成都市婦幼保健一卡通管理系統(tǒng)信息,分析低出生體重兒的變化趨勢,探討其影響因素,為該地區(qū)制訂相應婦幼保健措施提供一定的依據(jù)。方法選取2008-2014年成都市新都區(qū)分娩的51 580名活產(chǎn)單胎新生兒,采用趨勢性卡方檢驗分析低出生體重兒的發(fā)生趨勢,單變量和多變量Logistic回歸分析低出生體重的影響因素。結(jié)果在2008-2012年間,低出生體重的發(fā)生率呈上升趨勢,由2008年的2.64%上升至2014年的4.00%,變化趨勢有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.001)。分娩醫(yī)院水平、高危妊娠、早產(chǎn)、新生兒性別和產(chǎn)次與低出生體重兒發(fā)生率存在關聯(lián)性,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論成都市新都區(qū)的低出生體重發(fā)生率呈上升趨勢,關注高危孕產(chǎn)婦和早產(chǎn)低體重兒,加強產(chǎn)前檢查和孕期保健對于應對這一挑戰(zhàn)至關重要。
[Abstract]:Aim based on the information of maternal and child health care card management system in Chengdu, this paper analyzes the changing trend of low birth weight infants and probes into its influencing factors, so as to provide some basis for formulating corresponding maternal and child health care measures in this area. Methods 51 580 live births were selected from 2008 to 2014 in Xindu district of Chengdu city. Trend Chi-square test was used to analyze the trend of low birth weight infants. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of low birth weight. Results in 2008-2012, the incidence of low birth weight increased from 2.64% in 2008 to 4.00% in 2014, with statistical significance (P0.001). Hospital level, high-risk pregnancy, preterm delivery, sex and birth of newborns were associated with the incidence of low birth weight infants, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the incidence of low birth weight is increasing in Xindu district of Chengdu. It is very important to pay attention to high risk pregnant women and premature low birth weight infants. It is very important to strengthen prenatal check-up and pregnancy care in order to cope with this challenge.
