嬰幼兒鐵缺乏癥對(duì)智能發(fā)育的影響及與氣質(zhì)的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的探討嬰幼兒缺鐵性貧血對(duì)患兒生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育、智能發(fā)育及氣質(zhì)的影響,并對(duì)嬰幼兒缺鐵性貧血相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行分析。方法選取2011年1月-2014年1月確診為缺鐵性貧血的128例嬰幼兒為缺鐵組,另選取社區(qū)120例正常嬰幼兒為健康組,采用Gesell嬰幼兒發(fā)育診斷量表及幼兒氣質(zhì)評(píng)估表(TTS)對(duì)嬰幼兒智能發(fā)育及氣質(zhì)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),同時(shí)測(cè)量?jī)山M患兒的體重及身長(zhǎng),并對(duì)影響嬰幼兒缺鐵性貧血的相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果與健康組相比,缺鐵組嬰幼兒體重及身長(zhǎng)在均值以上的比例較高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。缺鐵組適應(yīng)性、大運(yùn)動(dòng)、精細(xì)運(yùn)動(dòng)、語(yǔ)言、個(gè)人-社交及平均智能評(píng)分顯著低于健康組(P0.05)。缺鐵組平易型、啟動(dòng)緩慢型、中間近平易型比例顯著低于健康組(P0.05)。缺鐵組難養(yǎng)型、中間近難養(yǎng)型比例顯著高于健康組(P0.05)。經(jīng)Logistic多因素分析,母乳喂養(yǎng)、添加鐵劑及添加魚(yú)肝油是嬰幼兒缺鐵性貧血的保護(hù)因素,而偏食、厭食是危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論缺血性貧血可影響嬰幼兒良好氣質(zhì)性格的形成,影響患兒智能發(fā)育及生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育。增加?jì)胗變猴嬍持需F質(zhì)的攝取、改善嬰幼兒飲食習(xí)慣可有效改善嬰幼兒缺血性貧血。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of iron deficiency anemia on the growth, intelligence and temperament of infants with iron deficiency anemia, and to analyze the related factors of iron deficiency anemia in infants. Methods 128 infants with iron deficiency anemia diagnosed as iron deficiency anemia from January 2011 to January 2014 were selected as iron deficiency group, and 120 normal infants in community were selected as healthy group. The intelligence development and temperament of infants were evaluated by Gesell Infant Development Diagnostic scale and Infant temperament Assessment form (TTS). The weight and body length of the two groups were measured, and the related factors affecting iron deficiency anemia in infants were analyzed. Results compared with the healthy group, the proportion of infant body weight and body length in iron deficiency group was higher than that in control group (P0.05). The scores of adaptability, large exercise, fine motor, language, personal-social and average intelligence in iron deficiency group were significantly lower than those in healthy group (P0.05). The proportion of the iron deficiency group was significantly lower than that of the healthy group (P0.05), and the proportion of the iron deficiency group was significantly lower than that of the healthy group (P0.05). The proportion of iron deficiency group was significantly higher than that of healthy group (P0.05). Logistic multivariate analysis showed that breastfeeding, addition of iron and fish liver oil were the protective factors of iron deficiency anemia in infants and infants, while bias and anorexia were risk factors. Conclusion Ischemic anemia can affect the formation of good temperament and personality, and affect the development of intelligence and growth of infants. Increase iron intake in infant diet, improve infant diet habits can effectively improve infant ischemic anemia.
