【摘要】：正1病例簡介患者,2歲4月,因"反復陰道褐色分泌物3月"就診。母親孕期和哺乳期無特殊藥物史及激素接觸史,母乳喂養(yǎng)至15月,無外傷、特殊疾病及藥物史。查體:體重16kg,身高95cm,全身未見皮疹,乳房發(fā)育Tanner Ⅲ級,陰毛發(fā)育Tanner Ⅱ級,大陰唇稍肥厚,其余無特殊。骨齡相當3.3歲。2月前婦科超聲示:子宮前位,前后徑1.7cm,內(nèi)膜0.15cm(單層),右附件2.1cm×1.8cm×1.9cm弱回聲,內(nèi)見直徑
