【摘要】：目的了解江蘇省2005—2015年兒童青少年超重和肥胖的流行趨勢(shì),為采取有針對(duì)性的干預(yù)措施提供參考。方法選取江蘇省2005年、2010年和2015年7~22歲學(xué)生體質(zhì)與健康調(diào)研資料,應(yīng)用中國(guó)肥胖工作組(WGOC)"中國(guó)學(xué)齡兒童青少年超重、肥胖篩查BMI分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)",比較超重和肥胖變化情況。結(jié)果江蘇省2005年、2010年和2015年7~22歲兒童青少年超重檢出率依次為10.67%,12.22%和13.79%,2015年超重檢出率高于2005年和2010年(χ2值分別為110.383,61.212,P值均0.05);肥胖檢出率依次為5.05%,5.54%和5.61%,2015年肥胖檢出率高于2005年(χ2=7.74,P0.01)。2005年、2010年和2014年男生超重檢出率分別為13.67%,15.96%和17.43%,肥胖檢出率分別為6.54%,7.79%和7.54%;女生超重檢出率分別為7.65%,8.50%和10.18%,肥胖檢出率分別為3.54%,3.29%和3.69%。城市超重檢出率分別為13.08%,13.74%和15.08%,肥胖檢出率分別為7.51%,6.66%和6.41%;鄉(xiāng)村超重檢出率分別為8.25%,10.74%和12.52%,肥胖檢出率分別為2.57%,4.44%和4.82%。蘇南地區(qū)(經(jīng)濟(jì)較好)超重檢出率分別為12.66%,12.91%和12.24%,肥胖檢出率分別為5.19%,6.04%和4.68%;蘇北地區(qū)(經(jīng)濟(jì)較差)超重檢出率分別為9.70%,12.99%和15.00%,肥胖檢出率分別為6.88%,7.01%和9.03%。結(jié)論 2005—2015年江蘇省7~22歲兒童青少年超重、肥胖比例持續(xù)增加,其中小學(xué)生群體、鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)和蘇北地區(qū)增長(zhǎng)迅速。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence trend of overweight and obesity among children and adolescents in Jiangsu Province from 2005 to 2015, and to provide reference for taking targeted intervention measures. Methods the data of physical fitness and health of 7-year-old 22-year-old students in Jiangsu Province in 2005, 2010 and 2015 were selected, and the changes of overweight and obesity were compared with the BMI Classification Standard of overweight and Obesity screening for Chinese School-aged Children and adolescents by China Obesity working Group (WGOC). Results the prevalence rate of overweight in Jiangsu Province in 2005, 2010 and 2015 were 10.67%, 12.22% and 13.79%, respectively. The prevalence rate of overweight in 2015 was higher than that in 2005 and 2010 (蠂 2 = 110.383,61.212, P 0.05). The prevalence rate of obesity was 5.05%, 5.54% and 5.61% respectively. The prevalence rate of obesity in 2015 was higher than that in 2005 (蠂 2 / 7.74, P0.01). In 2005, 2010 and 2014, the prevalence rate of overweight in boys was 13.67%, 15.96% and 17.43%, respectively. The prevalence of obesity was 6.54%, 7.79% and 7.54%, respectively. The prevalence rates of overweight, obesity and obesity were 7.65%, 8.50% and 10.18%, 3.54%, 3.29% and 3.69%, respectively. The prevalence of overweight in cities was 13.08%, 13.74% and 15.08%, and the prevalence of obesity was 7.51%, 6.66% and 6.41%, respectively. The prevalence of overweight in rural areas was 8.25%, 10.74% and 12.52%, and the prevalence of obesity was 2.57%, 4.44% and 4.82%, respectively. The positive rates of overweight, obesity and obesity in southern Jiangsu were 12.66%, 12.91% and 12.24%, 5.19%, 6.04% and 4.68%, respectively. The prevalence rates of overweight, obesity, obesity and obesity were 9.70%, 12.99% and 15.00%, 6.88%, 7.01% and 9.03%, respectively. Conclusion from 2005 to 2015, the proportion of overweight and obesity among 7-22-year-old children and adolescents in Jiangsu Province continued to increase, and the number of primary school students, rural areas and northern Jiangsu areas increased rapidly.
