【摘要】：目的了解貧困農(nóng)村地區(qū)6~23月齡嬰幼兒貧血現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素,為制定針對(duì)性的干預(yù)措施提供依據(jù)。方法于2015年8月在湖南省武陵山區(qū)和羅霄山區(qū)25個(gè)貧困縣采用鄉(xiāng)級(jí)概率比例規(guī)模抽樣方法,隨機(jī)抽取7221名農(nóng)村6~23月齡嬰幼兒作為研究對(duì)象,進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查并測(cè)定血紅蛋白,采用多因素非條件logistic回歸模型分析其貧血影響因素。結(jié)果 25.2%的嬰幼兒貧血,其中95.9%為輕度貧血,4.0%為中度貧血,0.1%為重度貧血;多因素分析結(jié)果顯示,12~17月齡(OR=0.812,95%CI=0.709~0.931)、18~23月齡(OR=0.552,95%CI=0.475~0.640)、侗族(OR=0.717,95%CI=0.558~0.922)、父親職業(yè)為商業(yè)服務(wù)人員(OR=0.864,95%CI=0.756~0.986)、母乳喂養(yǎng)(OR=1.459,95%CI=1.281~1.660)和有效服用營(yíng)養(yǎng)包(OR=0.742,95%CI=0.663~0.830)是貧困農(nóng)村地區(qū)6~23月齡嬰幼兒貧血的影響因素。結(jié)論貧困農(nóng)村地區(qū)6~23月齡嬰幼兒貧血患病率仍處于較高水平,且受多種因素影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of anemia in children aged 6 ~ 23 months and its influencing factors in poor rural areas, and to provide evidence for the establishment of targeted intervention measures. Methods in August 2015, 25 poor counties in Wuling Mountain and Luoxiao Mountain, Hunan Province, were randomly selected from 7221 infants aged 623 months in rural areas by using the method of probability proportional scale sampling at the township level, and the hemoglobin was measured by questionnaire survey. Multivariate non-conditional logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of anemia. Results among them, 95.9% were mild anemia, 4.0% were moderate anemia and 0.1% were severe anemia. The results of multivariate analysis showed that the age of 12 to 17 months (OR=0.812,95%CI=0.709~0.931), 1823 months of age (OR=0.552,95%CI=0.475~0.640), Dong nationality (OR=0.717,95%CI=0.558~0.922), father occupation for business service personnel (OR=0.864,95%CI=0.756~0.986), Breast feeding (OR=1.459,95%CI=1.281~1.660) and effective nutrition package (OR=0.742,95%CI=0.663~0.830) were the influential factors of anemia in children aged 6 to 23 months in poor rural areas. Conclusion the prevalence rate of anemia in children aged 6 to 23 months in rural areas is still high and affected by many factors.
