兒童原發(fā)性腎病綜合征腎組織瞬時(shí)受體電位陽(yáng)離子通道蛋白6表達(dá)及意義
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the expression of transient receptor potential cationic channel protein 6 (TRPC6) and podocyte injury in children with primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) and its clinical significance. Methods the renal tissues of 18 children with PNS were obtained. The pathological changes of renal tissues were observed by light microscopy, and the structural changes of podocytes were observed by electron microscope. The expression of TRPC6 m RNA and protein in the tissues were detected by Q PCR and immunohistochemistry, respectively. The expression of TRPC6 m RNA was correlated with serum albumin (Alb), creatinine (Cr), triacylglycerol (TG), cholesterol (Tch), complement C3 and 24 h urinary protein quantification and glomerular filtration rate (e GFR). Results the expression of TRPC6 protein in renal tissue of PNS children was significantly higher than that of control group (P0.05). The relative expression of TRPC6 m RNA was positively correlated with the expression of TRPC6 protein in renal tissue of). PNS children (r = 0.508 P 0.05). There was no correlation with the level of serum Alb,Cr,TG,Tch, complement C _ 3e GFR and 24 h urine protein (P0.05). Conclusion the pathological types of PNS are still mainly podocytes, and the expression of TRPC6 protein in glomerular podocytes is increased. TRPC6 detection may be helpful in the diagnosis of podocytes.
