【摘要】：目的:本課題從理論、臨床方面對(duì)溫肺化痰散外敷輔助治療兒童肺炎喘嗽(痰濕蘊(yùn)肺證)的臨床療效進(jìn)行研究。方法:收集小兒肺炎喘嗽且符合痰濕蘊(yùn)肺證的患兒60例,隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組各30例。兩組患兒除均給予抗感染及對(duì)癥治療之外,治療組在此基礎(chǔ)上,加用溫肺化痰散外敷肺俞穴及阿是穴(藥物組成:白芥子、元胡、肉桂),對(duì)照組僅采用抗感染及對(duì)癥治療,7天為一療程。詳細(xì)記錄治療前、后患兒的各項(xiàng)癥狀及體征的變化,對(duì)照比較,評(píng)定其療效。結(jié)果:對(duì)照組與治療組治療小兒肺炎喘嗽均有效(組內(nèi)比較,P均0.05),但治療組更有利于提高綜合療效(組間比較,P均0.05),尤其是在改善主癥(咳嗽、咳痰、喘促)、體征(發(fā)熱、肺部聽診)及總積分方面更有明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)(組間比較,P均0.05)。結(jié)論:溫肺化痰散外敷治療小兒肺炎喘嗽(痰濕蘊(yùn)肺證)效果理想,為其臨床應(yīng)用提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of Wenfei Huatan powder on asthma and cough (phlegm and dampness accumulation lung syndrome) in children with pneumonia. Methods: 60 children with asthma and cough of pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). In addition to the treatment of anti-infection and symptomatic treatment, the treatment group was treated with Wenfei Huatan external application at Feshu point and Ashi point (drug composition: White mustard, Yuanhu, cinnamon), while the control group was treated only with anti-infection and symptomatic therapy. 7 days as a course of treatment. The changes of symptoms and signs before and after treatment were recorded in detail. Results: both the control group and the treatment group were effective in treating children with pneumonia and cough (P 0.05), but the treatment group was more helpful to improve the comprehensive curative effect (P 0.05), especially in improving the main symptoms (cough, expectoration). Wheezing, signs (fever, pulmonary auscultation) and total score were more significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: the clinical application of Wenfei Huatan Powder is effective in treating asthmatic cough (phlegm and dampness accumulation lung syndrome) in children with pneumonia.
