安徽省城鄉(xiāng)居民血清維生素A、D水平及相關(guān)因素分析

【摘要】:目的了解安徽省部分城鄉(xiāng)地區(qū)6周歲以上居民維生素A營養(yǎng)狀況及其相關(guān)因素分析。 方法通過多階段分層與人口成比例的整群隨機(jī)抽樣的方法抽取安徽省合肥市某區(qū)和安慶市某農(nóng)村年齡在6周歲以上居民468名,于2010年8月至2010年10月進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,并采集清晨空腹靜脈血分離血清,用超高效液相色譜(UPLC)測定血清視黃醇濃度水平,同時(shí)測定部分生理生化指標(biāo)。 結(jié)果研究對象血清維生素A缺乏及邊緣性缺乏率為15.6%(血清視黃醇0.3μg/mL),維生素A正常率為84.4%(血清視黃醇0.3μg/mL)。調(diào)查對象的維生素A水平在地區(qū)、性別、年齡、受教育程度、人均年收入、BMI、DBP、SDP、TC和TG分布上存在差異(P0.05)。單因素線性回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn)血清視黃醇濃度水平與地區(qū)、年齡、受教育程度、BMI、DBP、SBP、TC、TG和Hb呈正相關(guān),性別間存在差異。多元線性回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn)血清視黃醇濃度水平與地區(qū)、年齡、TC和TG呈正相關(guān),性別間存在差異。 結(jié)論安徽省城市和農(nóng)村地區(qū)6周歲以上居民存在一定比例的維生素A缺乏狀況,并受地區(qū)、年齡、性別、TC和TG等因素影響。 目的了解安徽省部分城鄉(xiāng)地區(qū)6周歲以上居民維生素D營養(yǎng)狀況及其相關(guān)因素分析。 方法通過多階段分層與人口成比例的整群隨機(jī)抽樣的方法抽取安徽省合肥市某區(qū)和安慶市某農(nóng)村年齡在6周歲以上居民468名,于2010年8月至2010年10月進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,并采集清晨空腹靜脈血分離血清,用美國DiaSorin公司的放射免疫試劑盒測定血清25-羥基維生素D(25(OH)D3)濃度水平,同時(shí)測定部分生理生化指標(biāo)。 結(jié)果調(diào)查對象的維生素D缺乏率為54.1%(血清25(OH)D320ng/mL),維生素D不足率為34.6%(20ng/mL≤血清25(OH)D330ng/mL),維生素D正常率為11.3%(血清25(OH)D3≥30ng/mL)。調(diào)查對象的維生素D水平在地區(qū)、性別、年人均收入、SBP、Hb、TG和HDL-C分布上無明顯差異(P0.05),在年齡組、受教育程度、BMI、DBP和TC分布上存在差異(P0.05)。單因素線性回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn)維生素D濃度水平與年齡、BMI、DBP、TC呈正相關(guān),與受教育程度呈負(fù)相關(guān),性別間存在差異。多元線性回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn)維生素D濃度水平與年齡呈正相關(guān),,與和受教育程度呈負(fù)相關(guān),性別間存在差異。 結(jié)論安徽省城鄉(xiāng)6周歲以上居民存在嚴(yán)重的維生素D不足和缺乏狀況,并受年齡、性別和受教育程度等因素影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the vitamin A nutritional status and its related factors in some urban and rural areas of Anhui province. Methods A total of 468 residents aged over 6 years were selected from a district of Hefei City and a rural area of Anqing City by means of multi-stage stratified and population-proportional cluster random sampling. The questionnaire was conducted from August 2010 to October 2010. Serum samples were collected from fasting venous blood in the early morning. Serum retinol concentration was measured by (UPLC) and some physiological and biochemical indexes were measured. Results the rate of serum vitamin A deficiency and borderline deficiency was 15.6% (serum retinol 0.3 渭 g/mL) and the normal rate of vitamin A was 84.4% (serum retinol 0.3 渭 g/mL). There were significant differences in vitamin A levels in area, sex, age, education level, per capita income, BMI,DBP,SDP,TC and TG distribution (P0.05). Univariate linear regression analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between serum retinol concentration and area, age, education level, BMI,DBP,SBP,TC,TG and Hb. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the level of serum retinol was positively correlated with region, age, TC and TG. Conclusion there is a certain proportion of vitamin A deficiency in urban and rural areas of Anhui province, and it is affected by such factors as region, age, sex, TC and TG.
